Job description

  • Assumption of site management for the new construction and conversion of substations
  • Supervision of work performance in accordance with contractual specifications, inspection of work results
  • Instruction and briefing of employees (m/f/d) and subcontractors
  • Carrying out site inspections (including construction start-up consultation, construction meetings, acceptance, progress analysis)
  • Regular coordination with project management in all essential technical and personnel-related tasks
  • Monitoring of adherence to schedules
  • Communication with the customer and other external project participants
  • Compliance with relevant regulations, laws, standards and customer specifications
  • Monitoring of occupational safety and environmental protection measures on the construction site

You bring with you

  • A completed apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) electrician (m/f/d) or a technician or master craftsman degree in the field of electrical engineering
  • Initial experience as a site manager (m/f/d) or site supervising fitter (m/f/d) is desirable
  • Business fluent German, due to our customer profile we require language skills of at least C 1
  • A high degree of independence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as social competence
  • A structured and systematic way of working as well as assertiveness
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites
  • Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel for nationwide installation work
