Direct assignment to and close cooperation with the CFO on the following topics:

• Securing commercial processes in project management for the construction of substations
• Securing claims against customers and suppliers and monitoring compliance with agreed contractual terms and conditions
• Effective preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Supporting the sales department in matters relating to contracts
• Reflection of improvement potentials from project management to sales department
• Establishment of project-specific liquidity planning
• Review of supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Preparation of commercial reporting and securing of ongoing project documentation
• Implementation of active opportunity and risk management
• Participation in project discussions

You bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in commercial project management, ideally in the construction industry
• A good understanding of numbers, the ability to prioritize tasks as well as a confident written and oral expression
• Due to our customer profile, we require German language skills of at least C1
• A good command of English
• Confident appearance in negotiations
• A quality-conscious, service-oriented way of working as well as pleasure in working in a team
