We are pioneers in the grid integration of decentralized generation plants, contributing to the expansion, development and technical integration of renewable energies. Our work enhances the security and quality of the transmission and distribution grids, - both nationally and internationally. Our primary focus is on accredited certification and type testing of renewable energy systems.

Since our founding in 1921, FGH e.V. has been the central contact for grid operators, manufacturers of plants and components, plant operators and project planners. Since our foundation, we have focused our work on the application-oriented transfer of research into practice. In 2015, FGH Certification (FGH Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH) was spun off from FGH e.V. to provide independent and accredited certification and type testing services. Our aim is to ensure that renewable energy systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
