Europe’s Largest Alliance of Exhibitions for the Energy Industry

Parallel Events of The smarter E Europe

“Accelerating Integrated Energy Solutions” – that’s the goal of The smarter E Europe, Europe’s largest alliance of exhibitions for the energy industry. The aim is to create a future-oriented energy world by shining a spotlight on renewable energies, decentralization and digitalization as well as cross-industry solutions from the electricity, heat and transport sectors for a sustainable 24/7 energy supply.

The smarter E Europe brings together the four exhibitions Intersolar Europe, ees Europe, Power2Drive Europe and EM-Power Europe with 2,800 exhibitors, an extensive accompanying program and four conferences, which take place from June 18–19, 2024.

Intersolar Europe – The World's Leading Exhibition for the Solar Industry

Intersolar Europe is taking place annually at Messe München in Munich, Germany. Under the motto “Connecting solar business”, it brings together people and companies from around the world with the aim of increasing the share of solar power in our energy supply. Intersolar Europe focuses on photovoltaics, solar thermal technologies and solar power plants.

Since its founding, it has become the most important meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers in the solar industry.

The accompanying conference consolidates selected exhibition topics and showcases international markets, large-scale power plants, financing, and pioneering technologies.

ees Europe – The Continent’s Largest and Most International Exhibition for Batteries and Energy Storage Systems

ees Europe has been held annually at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich, Germany, since 2014. Under the motto “Innovating energy storage”, the yearly event brings together manufacturers, distributors, project developers, system integrators, professional users and suppliers of innovative battery technologies and sustainable solutions for storing renewable energies such as green hydrogen and Power-to-Gas applications.

With the Green Hydrogen Forum & Expo area, The smarter E Europe also offers a cross industry and cross sector meeting point where companies from all over the world meet across industries and sectors to bring hydrogen, fuel cells, electrolyzers and power-to-gas to the markets more quickly.

At the accompanying ees Europe Conference prominent experts will conduct in-depth discussions of hot industry topics.

As part of ees Europe 2024, companies from the South Korean battery industry will present themselves in a special exhibition area, the InterBattery Showcase in hall C3 at Messe München. In this context, InterBattery will also organize its own conference, the Battery Day Europe, from June 19–20, which will discuss the latest technologies, findings and forecasts of the global battery industry and analyze market policies between Europe and Korea.

Power2Drive Europe - The International Exhibition for Charging Infrastructure and E-Mobility

Under the motto “Charging the future of mobility”, Power2Drive Europe is the ideal meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, installers, distributors, fleet and energy managers, charging station operators, E-mobility service provider and start-ups.

The exhibition shines the spotlight on charging systems, electric vehicles, traction batteries and mobility services as well as innovative solutions and technologies for sustainable mobility. Power2Drive Europe takes a look at current global market developments, showcases the potential of e-mobility, and reflects the interconnection of electric vehicles with a sustainable energy supply on a global scale.

The interactivity of the participants is in the foreground when experts, entrepreneurs and pioneers of the new mobility meet in Munich at the Power2Drive Europe Conference . Exciting discussions will foster the exchange and active participation of the public and enable lively debates.

EM-Power Europe – The International Exhibition for Energy Management and Integrated Energy Solutions

EM-Power Europe is focused on modernizing and digitalizing the power grid into a smart grid, injecting flexibility and integrating prosumers, e-mobility as well as power-to-heat concepts into a holistic, renewable energy system. The exhibition showcases innovative technologies and services for a 24/7 climate-neutral energy supply to grid operators, utility companies, project developers, service providers and decision makers from industry, commerce and real estate.

It focuses on the efficient distribution and use of renewable electricity and heat, smart energy management, and sector coupling in buildings and neighborhoods. Other key topics are smart grids and microgrids, grid infrastructure, energy services and operator models.

The exhibition will be accompanied by the EM-Power Europe Conference that presents the perfect opportunity to discuss the smart integration of decentralized energy installations, grid management and flexibilities into the energy system of the future with international experts.
