Energy management

E-mobility

E-mobility is becoming increasingly important these days, and a good charging infrastructure is essential. smartRED offers its own charging station for this purpose, the Pico. The Pico is a real all-rounder and can be used for all applications in private, semi-public and public spaces. Thanks to MID certification and calibration law certification, the Pico measures very accurately and guarantees legally compliant and precise billing.

With our partner eCarUp, we also offer the right backend! The eCarUp concept is suitable for every application and brings order to the chaos of charging systems. With its backend, eCarUp has hit the nerve of the times and offers the perfect solution.

Tenant electricity

Tenant electricity refers to the generation of renewable energy that is used directly on site in rental apartments. This concept offers a win-win-win situation for tenants, landlords and the environment alike. Tenants benefit from cheaper and greener electricity, while landlords can create attractive offers for their tenants, from which they themselves benefit financially.

With the smartRED tenant electricity model, we can offer our customers a simple and attractive solution for implementing tenant electricity. Together with over 100 specialist partners throughout Germany, we have already successfully implemented many tenant electricity systems.
