OptiBuy (procurement) simulates thouands of price scenarios and customer decisions to calculate the risk-minimizing volume of forward contracts to purchase.

OptiAdjust (existing contracts) audits the customer database for opportunities where price adjustments can create a better balance between margin and customer-retention -- with the objective of maximizing customer lifetime value.

The focus of BitWatt's Portfolio Cockpit is Portfolio Optimization. The software uses simulations, optimization algorithms, and option theory for robust planning. Many companies in the adjacent space offer cloud or digitalization solutions in CRM or billing. BitWatt's software focuses on automating the "hard" calculations that will improve commercial strategy at the most granular level. Examples include rank optimization on over 100,000 price-comparison portal pages. Optimax solves this financial optimization in minutes. Similarly, the OptiBuy module generates thousands of price and demand scenarios in order to optimally hedge cashflows, including the benefits of suppliers' option to adjust customer prices and the risks of customers' option to switch to a cheaper retail supplier.
